Retail Shops and Facilities:
Build commercial units (shops) within the gas station premises.
Integrate services such as convenience stores and restrooms for customers.
Safety and Compliance:
Implement fire suppression systems, proper signage, and security measures.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and industry standards.
Project Management:
Provide end-to-end project management, including scheduling, budgeting, contractor supervision, and quality control.
Coordinate procurement, installation, and testing of all equipment and infrastructure.
